When you send a starting brief, SOVRN receives your name, email, optional business or project name, selected starting point, and description. We use these details to understand your inquiry and respond to you. Please do not include passwords, sensitive client information, or confidential system details.

The website and inquiry service use Amazon Web Services. Inquiry records are stored in the United States, encrypted at rest, and scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Deletion can take additional time; recovery backups can retain earlier copies for up to 35 days. Operational logs are retained for 14 days and do not include your submitted message. Briefs may also be delivered to our Google Workspace inbox for follow-up.

The site uses no marketing analytics and does not store your draft in browser storage. Providers process technical request information needed to deliver and secure their services. If you start an engagement with us, its records and retention arrangements are handled separately.
